Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a people-focused Senior Manager to lead Account Management for our Business Development team supporting our UK and EU region. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader, fluent in the sneaker market, committed to providing top-tier customer service as well as comfortable working across a variety of departments including Operations, Engineering, Analytics, and Marketing.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

  • Oversee business growth in the region, working closely with your Account Managementteam to develop strategic plans that maximize supply potential.
  • Take a proactive, data-driven approach to tracking and assessing KPIs.
  • Propose and lead regional initiatives and team projects, collaborating cross-functionally forseamless implementation.
  • Drive new business by prospecting existing connections, and proactive sourcing of newaccounts, negotiating terms where needed.
  • Compile and present weekly and monthly summaries to internal leadership on regionaltrends and account performance, emphasizing actionable insights.
  • Oversee regional onboarding process for new accounts to ensure smooth and timelyintegration; addressing escalation as needed.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of exceptional account managers, setting clearexpectations, providing continuous feedback, and creating individualized development plans.
  • Be up to speed on sneaker and retail trends in your region.
