Description:

Qiddiya Investment Company is on an exciting journey to develop a world-class entertainment destination in Saudi Arabia, and we are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic professional to join our team as Senior Manager - Account Payable. In this critical role, you will oversee the entire accounts payable function, ensuring efficient processing of vendor invoices and timely payments while maintaining strict adherence to financial controls.
Your expertise in accounts payable management will be essential in streamlining operations, fostering vendor relationships, and providing accurate financial reporting. You will lead a team dedicated to delivering exceptional service and ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 9-12 years of experience in accounts payable or financial operations, with a focus on large organizations
  • Strong understanding of accounts payable management and related regulations
  • Proven experience in process improvement and implementing best practices in accounts payable
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Proficient in financial software and ERP systems, with advanced Excel capabilities

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the accounts payable team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-performance standards.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of accounts payable operations.
  • Oversee the invoice processing workflow, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors and service providers.
  • Monitor accounts payable aging reports, resolving discrepancies and addressing any outstanding issues.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors to facilitate smooth transactions and dispute resolution.
  • Prepare and analyze accounts payable reports for management, highlighting key metrics and trends.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies related to accounts payable activities.
  • Continuously evaluate processes for improvement and implement best practices within the department.
