Description:

DESCRIPTION:

  • Lead and manage procurement and projects, ensuring alignment with the strategic goals and

objectives.

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that deliver value for money, efficiency, and

innovation.

  • Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, from tendering and contract negotiation to

supplier management and performance evaluation.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver

procurement solutions that meet their needs.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, regulations, and best practices in procurement

and contract management.

  • Manage and mitigate risks associated with procurement activities.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on procurement matters to executive and project teams.

The person we are looking for will have:

  • Ability to lead a team and develop a high-performance culture.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, contract law, and risk management.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience, in a similar role is preferred.
  • Hospital or Health service industry experience is highly desirable.
