Service Line: SaT Brand Strategy (Cross-Sector)
Reports to: SaT EMEIA Platform (STEP) Brand Strategy Partner

You will have knowledge and experience of the following:

  • Background and prior experience within a Strategy firm of strategy/advisory part of Big 4 – including running engagements and firm building experience
  • Ideally, but not essential, some prior experience on the brand topic
  • Understanding or experience of Corporate Strategy, M&A, Value Creation
  • Financial background enabling you to bring strong numerical and financial skills
  • Proven presentation skills and an ability to work well with colleagues across a diverse range of geographies and seniority
  • Drive, initiative, energy and enthusias

Responsibilities:

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

In your role, you will have responsibility for;

  • Primarily, working closely with the lead Partner for the practice to grow and build the offering across EMEIA, clients, and sectors.
  • Running and supporting engagements as the ‘Brand’ expert – both leading client work and training teams on new methodologies.
  • Running the SaT Brand Community across EMEIA – creating and building the community
  • Supporting the development of thought leadership on a new topic area – both internally and externally
  • Supporting senior colleagues on EY’s largest accounts cross-sector to shape questions and opportunities where brand is a core component.
  • This means developing an understanding of the strategic agendas of large priority clients as well as defining how brand impacts/intersects
  • Showing initiative and insight in the sourcing and use of information
  • Absorbing new technical information quickly and developing a deep understanding of the strategic rationale for transactions and business decisions.
  • Managing other colleagues.
