Description:
IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL….
develop and transform bolttech Insurance Agency (Agency) to a digitally enabled business to attract new Employment Agency distribution partners and increase placement from existing distribution partners. You are also expected to develop new upsell and cross-sell opportunities for Agency and our distribution partners by offering non-domestic helper insurance to our customer base, thereby balancing our portfolio with a more balanced book of business in compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
You will be managing our Agency distribution business to achieve its growth and profitability targets, improve customer satisfaction and operations efficiency. Tapping on bolttech technology and user experience design capabilities for onboarding and claims, you will work with the team to evolve Agency to be the preferred Managing Agency partner for Employment Agency Partners.
YOU WILL REQUIRE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a reputable university or BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or relevant field and relevant Insurance Certifications
- Min. 8 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Proven experience to develop new business opportunities and manage existing accounts.
- Has good capability to gather market intelligence, possess good networking skills, and able to research and analyze the background of organizations.
- Possess a positive mental attitude towards work and loves challenging assignments.
- Good team player and can work well with people of all levels.
- Possess good communication skills (written and spoken) in English.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying, prospecting and securing new Employment Agency distribution partners or business opportunities
- Making bolttech Agency a partner of choice for existing Employment Agency distribution partners, where bolttech get the majority of their maid insurance placement
- Developing cross-sell programs to drive upsell revenue growth for distribution partners and bolttech
- Maximizing our revenue from our Partner Insurers and minimizing impact from change of underwriting approach or appetite from Insurers by engaging them regularly
- Collaborating and working in tandem with internal and external business stakeholders to ensure delivery of products, solutions, and appropriate sales schemes contribute and generate targeted revenue
- Supporting product development and management, leading communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Leading, motivating, and supporting a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment
- Managing data collection for the updating of metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service
