SENIOR MANAGER, BUSINESS EXCELLENCE
Oakville, Canada (Hybrid Role- must be able to go into office 1-2 days a week)
Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving excellence in sales and marketing processes? We are looking for a Senior Manager, Business Excellence to join our innovative global team! In this high-visibility global role reporting to our Director of Business Excellence, you will play a pivotal part in elevating decision-making and problem-solving skills across the organization, enhancing employee and shareholder value beyond expectations. You will work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer to revolutionize our commercial excellence strategies and ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness. This position offers significant growth opportunities and the chance to make a substantial impact on the company’s success.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business excellence, with a focus on commercial excellence.
- Proven track record of leading successful sales and marketing process improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is required
- Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management. PMP certification is required.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance measurement tools. Experience with Power BI is a must.
- Experience leading Kaizen events and workshops is a must.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and tools is required.
Language Skills: Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Must be fluent in English.
