Description:
POSITION OVERVIEW
As Intelex’s Senior Manager, Business Operations, you’ll be a crucial player in enhancing operational efficiency and business outcomes. This role includes direct management of Revenue Operations, Systems Administration and Reporting & Analytics. Leveraging your strategic acumen and technical expertise, you’ll drive the company’s strategy forward through actionable business intelligence and simplified processes. You’ll streamline our technology infrastructure to ensure smooth data integration across the company while ensuring the day-to-day needs of our internal teams are met.
The ideal candidate will bring cross functional expertise in software operations and data systems, with a track record of leveraging technology to enhance cross-functional operational effectiveness. They are unafraid to initiative change and strive for continuous improvement (FBS).

QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and projects
- Experience managing and overseeing key operational functions such as Revenue Operations, Reporting & Analytics, and Systems Administration
- Demonstrated ability to work with CRM systems, specific focus on Salesforce
- A BS degree or equivalent in a relevant field. MS/ MBA preferred.
- 5+ years’ experience of successfully identifying, developing, deploying business/ IT applications or systems integrations in an enterprise environment
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Certifications in CRM tools, or, additional experience in administrating and gaining insights from Salesforce, Gainsight, Gong, and other technical CRM tools
- Understanding and knowledge of Environmental, Engineering and Management Consulting and the global EHSQ community.
- FBS / Lean Certifications
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Travel to an Intelex office location for requirements gathering workshops or for Kaizen Events may be required (less than 15%)

Responsibilities:
- Manage key operational teams: Revenue Operations, Reporting & Analytics, and Systems Administration
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team that meets and exceeds organizational expectations
- Streamline cross-departmental workflows, removing bottlenecks and improving communication and collaboration. Drive existing projects to completion (ex. Subx Assets)
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership on strategic projects to boost operational efficiency and drive business outcomes including but not limited to lead generation, funnel efficiency, churn reduction, and cross-sell / up-sell growth.
- Report and forecast operational metrics for senior leaders that support business operations and decisions (demand generation, sales and marketing tactics, customer segmentation, pricing strategies, segment analysis, CAC, lead generation, funnel management, forecasted churn, market opportunities, etc.) Proactively identify and recommend solutions for process bottlenecks and inconsistencies.
- Ensure seamless end-to-end opportunity management for New Logo, Upsell / Cross-sell, and Downgrades.
- Support development of aligned incentive and compensation plans
- Prioritize and drive improvement roadmaps for tools including integrations, APIs etc.
- Manage vendor and third-party software provider relationships, ensuring they align with the company’s operational standards and objectives (ex. SFDC, Zinkt)
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of operational processes, with a focus on the integration and management of the company’s technology stack to drive value across the CLC
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and the adoption of best practices in operational processes and technology
