Responsibilities:

We are looking for a (Senior) Manager, Business & Partnership Development to enforce the Future Business & Innovation area in our Luxembourg HQ! In this role, you will scout potential areas of development and growth for SES, whether in investment opportunities, partnership agreements or university collaborations.
You will be utilizing our product and technology roadmaps, as well as market data to develop and nurture needed partnerships and alliances. You will be managing existing and new partnerships and networks, but also collaborating closely with internal teams such as Engineering, IT and Market Managers.

You will be responsible for (this is not an exhaustive list):

  • Develop and nurture impactful professional relationships with key industry and ecosystem influencers, connectors, and stakeholders for the purpose of strengthening existing strategic partnerships and identifying new high value/impact partnership opportunities to drive future offerings
  • Builds business cases in support of investment decisions and strategic partnership opportunities, including partnership structure, goals, objectives and KPIs, value proposition, roles and responsibilities, and ROI analysis
  • Manage relationships with existing and new strategic partners, including communications, partnership status tracking and reporting, issue resolution, etc.
  • Provide a clear plan to leverage partnerships with other organizations to enhance and deliver new capabilities into existing or new markets in the H2/H3 time horizons working in collaboration with market verticals and corporate development
  • Communicate and network regularly with startups, corporations, VCs, universities, and other corporate innovation teams to gauge interest in innovation programs, leveraging existing network and identifying and developing new relationships with the targeted focus in accelerating the product/technology roadmap objectives
  • Establishes process to track, measure, and analyze results and outcomes and evaluate alliances’ value (report metrics of success/KPIs)
