Responsibilities:
YOUR NEW ROLE
The Senior Manager, Business Planning & Delivery is responsible for ensuring Member Growth initiatives are well planned and prioritised to deliver on Member Growth’s OKRs.
You will facilitate and be responsible for business planning and prioritisation across Member Growth’s Value Streams and Practices
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Deep experience in managing delivery portfolios and/or complex programs within the Banking and Financial services sector working as a business or technical program manager
- Demonstrated proficiency with project management tools e.g. Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated experience in successfully managing, and leading others in managing, projects including planning, execution and the successful delivery of projects, on time and within budget
- Innovative problem solving and decision-making with a focus on service delivery excellence and achievement of business objectives

- You are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face. You are curious to understand risk context and choose to speak up as we simplify, learn and grow.
