Your New Role
The Senior Manager Business Risk & Compliance is responsible for overseeing the Member Growth Risk and Compliance program, driving the risk culture and practices of the division and ensuring we deliver on our objectives in a safe, risk balanced and sustainable way.

- You have extensive knowledge of the compliance landscape and the ability to leverage relationships and influence stakeholders;
- You have experience overseeing business procedures and processes to ensure compliance, applying risk appetite into key business processes, conducting risk assessments, regular control assessments and acting as an escalation point;
- You have experience overseeing the completion of quarterly material risk and KRI assessments, governance reporting to senior management, and ensuring a strong culture of incident and breach reporting and management;
- You have experience developing, leading, coaching and mentoring team members, ensuring effective communication of priorities, and leading cross functional teams and divisions through changes in legislation, regulation, risk control and best practice; and
- You are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face. You are curious to understand risk context and choose to speak up as we simplify, learn and grow.
