We are looking for candidates that are experienced in relationship/account management roles with a passion for client excellence and a curiosity for their clients’ business.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with market facing account teams to deliver against the strategic ambition, understanding the needs of our client(s), industry trends, and the full suite of offerings and ways in which we serve our clients
  • Build and sustain exceptional client relationships with senior individuals at both the fund and portfolio, essential for follow on M&A exit-readiness and VDD opportunities.
  • Understand the PE client’s key investment criteria and leverage the full breadth of the firm’s capabilities to support the client as they identify, invest, transform and exit investments
  • Leading knowledge sharing amongst the team and providing team coaching on client challenges and trends; bringing the account team together to deliver client excellence
  • Leveraging stakeholder relationships to drive action and act as the focal point of communications and activity on the account(s)
  • Maintain financial oversight and reporting for the account, co-develop the annual business plan and recommend alternative pricing and delivery models
  • Ensure the voice of the client is reflected in all that we do; work with colleagues to gather feedback and intelligence from client relationships to inform strategic decisions and actions
  • Appropriately and effectively monitor the risk profile on the account(s) to which you are aligned and ensure effective compliance with contractual obligations
  • Identify appropriate insights, thought leadership, assets and programmes which can be used to further engage our clients
  • Share best practice and enhance the Client Relationship Programme community, be an advocate for and an active member of the team to strive for continuous improvement, and evolve the way in which we support our priority accounts
