  • Proven experience in data analysis and remuneration data management.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

  • A commercial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.People Management Experience: Previous experience in leading and mentoring junior team members is preferred.
