We are looking for a highly motivated, positive and innovative Senior Manager - Clinical Operations who will be responsible for executing the overall strategy and vision of DaVita Clinical Research. The individual will also be responsible for regional management and leadership of Alliance clinical research sites in a national renal research site organization. The Senior Manager - Clinical Operations will lead a team of health care professionals who are responsible for oversight of clinical trials in dialysis and chronic kidney diseases, and will manage all site operations for the region which includes financial accountability, physician relationships, oversight of the research staff, ensuring that studies meet enrollment goals and study execution meets our high quality standards.
This position can be based within a home office/remote or hybrid if located within Minneapolis.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required
  • Minimum of 10 or more years of clinical research experience or equivalent experience is required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of teammate development and team management experience is required.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% depending on business needs. (Travel to monthly leadership meetings and as needed to clinical research sites)
  • Reliable transportation to travel between local research sites.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills and superior organizational and planning skills
  • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Project, MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adjust priorities appropriately in an evolving work environment with shifting time frames; self-starter with high degree of initiative, urgency, and follow through.
  • Experience in managing confidential information and/or issues using discretion and Judgment
  • Certified Clinical Research Professional (CCRP) or Association of Clinical Research Professionals Certification (ACRP)
  • Extensive knowledge of GCP regulations required
