Responsibilities:
ROLE SUMMARY:
- Partners with the Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to develop creative monetization strategies and drive revenue growth
- Create and lead a culture of commercial excellence to ensure new pricing and packaging delivers revenue growth or operational efficiencies
- Constantly understand our business, customers, market, and regulatory environment to ensure we are proactively delivering solutions that help the Group to grow in line with our strategic aims
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Product commercialization of new B&I products
- Re-commercialization of existing product & business lines
- Management oversight of direct reports
- Drive pricing and packaging recommendations through customer segmentation and return on investment analysis
- Design and implement programs for price discovery, testing, and experimentation
- Be responsible for operational aspects of pricing implementation, including billing requirements, discounting frameworks, and ongoing monitoring
- Devise automated and scalable means of measuring pricing performance
- Monitor key metrics and market intelligence to derive insights and find opportunities for evolving pricing
