Responsibilities:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager, Compensation Projects to lead the successful execution of critical compensation initiatives across the organisation.
This role is ideal for a compensation professional with a strong project management background who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will lead complex compensation projects that impact our global workforce, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enhancing our competitive position in the market.

Key Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Annual Compensation Review:
  • Leading and managing the annual compensation review process, ensuring alignment with business strategy and market competitiveness
  • Collaborating with senior leaders to ensure compensation strategies support business objectives and talent retention
  • Compensation Package Design:
  • Partnering with Talent Acquisition to design and approve complex compensation packages for new hires, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with company standards
  • Incentive Program Development:
  • Designing and implementing incentive programs tailored to different business units and geographies, ensuring they are motivating, competitive and aligned with business goals
  • Large-Scale Compensation Projects:
  • Driving large compensation-related projects, including the development of career frameworks, job levelling and associated compensation structures
  • Leading the planning, execution and delivery of these projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and within budget
  • Thought Leadership and Market Trends:
  • Providing thought leadership on compensation trends, ensuring our programs remain competitive and aligned with market developments
  • Continuously monitoring and analysing compensation market trends to proactively adjust our strategies
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Engaging with senior leaders, HR business partners and other key stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure compensation projects align with organisational priorities
  • Communicating project status, risks and outcomes effectively to all stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment
