This team forms part of the Group Risk Management function here at CommBank and supports the Group Chief Risk Officer (GCRO) and Business Unit/Support Unit Chief Risk Officers to execute the outcomes of Risk Management in the most effective way for the organisation. As Senior Manager Conduct & Risk Culture , you’ll be part of the Conduct & Risk Culture Chapter flowing to work within the Conduct, Culture and Accountability Centre of Excellence within the Group’s Compliance function, interfacing with BU/SU Line 1 and 2 teams as well as with the Group HR function to ensure alignment of risk culture initiatives to broader organisational culture.
