Senior Manager, Congress Planning (m/f/x)

For our Business Excellence and Operations department, we are looking for a

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality/ Management or other related field
• 7+ years’ experience in commercial roles in pharmaceutical/ biotech/ medical device industry, and within this 3 – 5 years relevant experience in planning and execution of congresses
• Experience managing multiple events or congresses at one time
• Meeting planning certifications (CMP, HMCC) and proficiency in Cvent Event management is highly preferred, PMP certification a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills to quickly build rapport and credibility with CSL leaders and key external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of relevant business, legal, compliance and regulatory requirements
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities
• Familiarity with global regulations and cultural nuances
• Travel requirement is 25 – 35% and includes international travel
