We’re looking for Senior Consulting Managers who can deliver within Cognizant’s Five Pillars of Consulting Excellence, which are:

  • Project Execution,

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Integration Management: Responsible for integration projects related to card systems ensuring seamless connectivity and functionality across various platforms.
  • Loyalty Programs: Develop loyalty programs tailored to enhance customer engagement and retention demonstrating data analytics to optimize program performance.
  • Credit and Debit Card Processing: Lead the end-to-end processing of credit and debit card transactions ensuring compliance with industry standards
  • Serve as a people leader, supporting the recruitment, onboarding, upskilling, and mentorship of your colleagues in Consulting; participate in people development and community-building activities and provide valuable feedback;
  • Advocate for and establish appropriate recognition for Consulting within projects, and negotiate applicable consultant rates in project sizing that correspond to the value Consultants contribute to engagements;
  • Develop and manage the capture, communication, and sharing of intellectual property (IP) and project artifacts for a focus area, domain area, or practice management area;
  • Leverage collegial networks across Cognizant (e.g., sales, service line community, offshore delivery) and externs partners to innovate solutioning or resolve issues; and
  • Support and contribute to the establishment of thought leadership in the industry, to promote Cognizant’s brand and to drive additional opportunities for Cognizant.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE

  • 15+ years of management consulting experience, where at least 2 of those (though ideally 4+) have been Digital technology (business or technical consultative) team lead experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field. MBA or PGDM degree Preferred
  • Provide strategic consulting services to clients offering insights and recommendations to improve business performance and achieve organizational goals.
  • Understanding of Card scheme rules and regulations such as PCI-DSS chargeback management and interchange fee structures.
  • Experience leading technical and non-technical initiatives; previous experience coordinating workstreams in multi-team projects, ideally using an onsite / offshore model
