Description:
Qiddiya Investment Company, a leading real estate company, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Manager - Contracts. As a Senior Manager - Contracts, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract management, ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and optimizing contract performance. REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- A minimum of 10-12 years of experience in contract management, preferably in a real estate or construction environment
- Strong knowledge of contract law, legal regulations, and best practices
- Proven track record in negotiating and managing complex contracts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in contract management software and tools
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire contract lifecycle, from initial review and negotiation to execution and ongoing management
- Develop and implement contract management policies, processes, and procedures
- Review and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and company requirements
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate contractual risk factors
- Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers
- Monitor and track contract performance, identifying areas for improvement and taking appropriate actions to maximize value and mitigate risks
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting on contract status and performance to senior management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in contract management
- Provide guidance and support to the contract management team
