Join us at Karo Healthcare on our exciting journey. We’re currently looking for a Senior Manager Corporate Development for our office in Düsseldorf, Germany.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or venture capital
- Excellent skills in Modeling
- Proven track of Development of business cases, and track business performance after deal in collaboration with other departments
- Basic legal M&A know how on deal structures for share and asset deals as well as licensing transactions
- Demonstrated proficiency in analytical skills for problem-solving and data interpretation
- Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with diverse stakeholders

Responsibilities:
- Leading & executing independently end-to-end small to medium sized transactions
- Contribute to the business development activities, e.g., scouting, identification and evaluation of potential acquisition targets in collaboration with internal teams and external parties
- Assisting in the due diligence process, e.g., by coordination and tracking of DD questions; and taking forward presentations of key findings
- Provide input on contracts and transitional service agreements to ensure that they adequately reflect negotiated agreements and Karo business needs
- Develop business cases, and track business performance after deal in collaboration with other departments
- Support the integration of acquired businesses and the separation of divested businesses in collaboration with the internal organization and external parties.
- Making presentations at industry conferences and Universities
- Building relationship to Corporate Management Team members and Board of Director to become partner for corporate development topics
- Motivating teams around and inside Corp. Dev. to achieve business target
