Responsibilities:

  • Lead various local and cross-border financial advisory engagements, including (but not limited to) financial due diligence and deal advisory engagements.
  • Manage buy-side and sell-side transactions across a wide range of industries
  • Participate in the assessment of deals’ feasibility and in the delivery of clear and actionable strategic and financial recommendations.
  • Oversee the preparation of and review relevant engagement deliverables (e.g., due diligence reports, spreadsheet-based financial models, investment teasers/information memorandum), demonstrating quality control leadership (per Deloitte’s standards) and the appropriate technical acumen (discipline- and industry-specific).
  • Be the reference point of contact for the team and the client in the preparation and execution of each project assigned to you.
  • Create presentations and reports of findings for ongoing engagements and develop marketing materials for prospective clients.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and participating in key proposals and presentations for new businesses.
