YOUR SKILLS
- University degree with a focus on business administration/economics or equivalent qualification
- Several years of M&A experience, preferably at a multinational corporate, renowned investment bank or corporate finance/strategy consulting firm
- Excellent understanding of valuation and financial modelling
- Experience in project management
- Experience in negotiating asset/share purchase agreements is beneficial
- Analytical thinking and results-oriented approach
- Proficiency in English language
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Highly motivated and flexible personality with intercultural competence and strong teamwork skills

Responsibilities:
- Lead international buy-side and sell-side M&A projects across all business units from origination to execution
- Coordinate and execute due diligence reviews and steer external advisors
- Business valuations and financial modelling
- Support in negotiations of transaction agreements
- Support key decision makers in developing and executing strategies for transactions from the strategic analysis phase to execution
- Ensure corporate governance throughout the projects
