Your assignments

  • Support diverse strategic initiatives, such as optimizing return on invested capital
  • Develop and refine metrics-based reports, providing deep dive analysis and business insights on the Kabi Group’s performance with a focus on costs
  • Conduct ongoing variance analysis to identify trends and propose measures for improvement
  • Contribute to the creation of budgets and forecasts for the Fresenius Kabi Group, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment
  • Compile information into clear, impactful reports and dynamic management presentations that effectively communicate key insights
  • Drive internal analysis and external benchmarking
  • Provide support to local controllers, fostering collaborative efforts
  • Assist in investment decisions by leveraging your financial expertise
  • Support the execution of the digitization roadmap with a focus on front-end tools and dashboards

Your profile

  • A successfully completed degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification
  • At least 3+ years of experience in FP&A/Controlling within an internationally operating company
  • Ideally, experience in the medical technology and healthcare industry
  • A structured work approach with strong analytical skills
  • The ability to articulate and convey complex concepts in an understandable and engaging manner
  • Attention to detail and reliability
  • High initiative and a proactive mindset
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Cross-functional thinking and a collaborative approach
  • Problem-solving orientation
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Excellent mastery of SAP modules SEM-BCS, CO, and BW
  • Ideally, first experience with front-end tools (e.g. Power BI)
  • Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken
