Tasks

• Your task is to conduct in-depth and sophisticated analyses using various data sources to identify trends and patterns in customer behavior and drivers of business performance
• From this, you derive concrete recommendations for action, which you present and explain to the various stakeholders in the Commercial, Product and Content departments
• You’ll take over the creation of customized dashboards for monitoring customer behavior and different products
• Close collaboration is important to us - you’ll ensure this within all involved teams
• You’ll make a contribution by independently leading your own analysis topics and smaller projects and supporting your stakeholders - while being part of a team of experienced analysts

Requirements

• You’ve a completed university degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, business informatics or similar subjects and at least 5-6 years- experience in a similar insight oriented or customer analytics position, ideally in the subscription business
• You’ll bring a broad understanding of statistical analysis and research methods
• In the past you were able to gain some knowledge and experience in statistical tools, BI tools and database queries (e.g. SQL, SAS, Python etc.) as well as extensive experience with Tableau or other visualization tools
• In addition, you’re an expert in cloud-based Big Data analytics environments such as GCP and understand complex data structures
• Excellent analytical skills and a very good understanding of numbers as well as a problem-solving oriented approach characterize you
• Strong communication and presentation skills as well as a good command of English round off your profile
