MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field and 4 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related in an eCommerce, Marketplace or Supply Chain environment.
• Strong SQL (writing complex queries), Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Looker or other data analytics and visualization tools

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Masters: Business Administration; Economics; Statistics, Supply Chain or related area and 7+ years’ experience developing analytics and insights in an eCommerce, Marketplace or Supply Chain environment.

Option 3: 6 years’ experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.
1 year’s supervisory experience.

As a Senior Manager of Insights and Analytics, you will be responsible for developing mechanisms and analytics to drive insights, applying business acumen and analytical mindset to separate signal from noise, to drive excellence in our Delivery Experience across our Seller Fulfilled network. This individual will be data owner and that sits at the intersection of Business, Product, Tech, UX Design and Research Science, will build and scale the adoption of customer/seller facing 0 to 1 products and businesses, and enjoy a fast-paced role with high visibility and impact as well as regular interactions with Walmart’s top executives. This role will involve building and managing highly reliable and scalable products and services which will optimize delivery speed, and cost for our Worldwide Marketplace customers.
