Job Description
Fiix, by Rockwell Automation Inc., is on a mission to build better maintenance teams by connecting customers to the tools, resources, and technology they need to join the future of maintenance. We help our customers drive better business outcomes with easy-to-use, AI-driven maintenance software, an open ecosystem, pre-built integrations and the industry expertise they need for maintenance success.

THE PREFERRED - YOU MIGHT ALSO HAVE:

  • 5+ years in demand generation, growth, or customer acquisition for global market; preferably in a B2B SaaS technology company
  • Hands-on knowledge of demand generation principles, practices, and tactics (e.g., SEM, SEO, inbound go-to-market motion, etc.)
  • Deep understanding of modern marketing techniques, including persona-based marketing, digital engagement and acquisition tactics, conversion rate optimization, and AI-powered lead scoring
  • Proven track record building TAM and SAM models using third party datasets to determine search volumes and YoY trends, and turning those models into operational plans
  • 3+ years’ experience in a people management role with direct experience growing and developing others
  • Proven ability to plan and implement marketing campaigns

Responsibilities:

  • Drive new logo customer acquisition and deliver on pipeline goals.
  • Lead, guide, coach and develop a highly technical 3+ person team that operates paid digital channels, web conversion strategy, SEO, digital awareness campaigns, experimentation and growth strategy.
  • Oversee performance and growth of our online inbound funnel in partnership with Business Development and Sales leads, continually measuring, analyzing, and reporting on programs across a variety of SaaS metrics.
  • Manage multi-million-dollar demand generation budget. Assess campaign ROI, adjust tactics, and allocate resources efficiently to optimize the budget and program performance.
  • Partner with Campaigns, Customer, and Channel Marketing functions to fulfill both always-on and initiative-based programs. This consists of supporting product launches, market whitespace penetration, customer expansion and special pipeline gen programs through digital channels.
  • Maintain current knowledge of trends and new solutions in demand generation (e.g., AI lead scoring).
