JOB SUMMARY

An integral member of the marketing team, this role reports into the Vice President of Marketing and will lead all aspects of our demand generation efforts and metrics to build a scalable predictable demand generation engine that creates qualified leads, subscription activations, and revenue. We are looking for a savvy, hands-on metrics-driven demand generation expert with proven success in growth marketing ready to move the needle across new logo acquisition, engagement and retention to accelerate sales pipeline and revenue.

What you’ll be doing: Role Summary: Lead Generation, Campaign Execution, Marketing Automation, Performance Tracking and Reporting, Lead Nurturing, Budget Management, Growth Marketing Testing and Experimentation.

  • Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns (email, social, paid media, content, SEO/SEM) to generate high-quality leads and accelerate pipeline growth aligned with our objectives.
  • Develop and optimize lead nurturing programs to guide prospects through the buyer’s journey, providing the right content at the right time to increase engagement and conversion.
  • Measure, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness. Use data and analytics to optimize demand generation activities, focusing on improving key metrics like lead volume, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Partner with content and design teams to create targeted content (eBooks, webinars, case studies, blog posts, etc.) that drives engagement and addresses the needs of various audience segments.
  • Manage and optimize the demand generation budget to maximize ROI and ensure efficient allocation of spend across channels.
  • Lead the experimentation process, continuously testing and refining campaign elements such as messaging, creative, and targeting to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with sales to build out the next evolution of account-based marketing campaigns for strategic accounts.

About you:

  • 7+ years of demand generation or growth marketing experience with a B2B SaaS company.
  • Highly proficient with martech and CRM stacks (Hubspot, 6Sense, Salesforce, GA, Google Ads, LI Campaign Manager, Asana, WordPress).
  • Your numbers tell the story, and you get excited articulating MQLs, SQLs, SALs, CAC, LTV, CPLs, CPAs, ACV!
  • Demonstrated experience hitting target goals through the development and execution of data-driven, digital-first, multi-channel marketing campaigns for high-quality lead generation.
  • Experienced working closely with sales teams with a solid understanding of the technology sales cycle and strategies to nurture leads. Account-based marketing experience is a huge asset.
  • A sense of ownership, tremendous drive, and a low ego-to-talent ratio, coupled with a determination to grow and excel in the role.
  • Bilingual English and French proficiency are an asset.

This is a full-time and permanent position.
