Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Manager - Development. As a leader in the real estate industry, Qiddiya aims to develop and manage entertainment, sports, and arts destinations that will attract visitors and residents alike. The Senior Manager - Development will play a key role in the company’s growth and success by leading the development of new projects and ensuring their successful execution.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 9 to 12 relevant years of experience in real estate development, including at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex real estate projects from concept to completion
• Strong knowledge of real estate development processes, including design, planning, and construction
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong financial acumen, with the ability to analyze project budgets and financial statements
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality

• Oversee the entire development process, from concept design to delivery, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines
• Lead a team of professionals in the planning, design, and execution of real estate development projects
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and consultants, to ensure the successful implementation of projects
• Develop and manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring cost-efficient and timely completion of projects
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify new opportunities and evaluate potential investments
• Build and maintain relationships with partners, government agencies, and other stakeholders to secure necessary permits and approvals
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues that may arise
