Senior Manager/ Director (Real Estate Investment)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative investment strategies for the Overseas market
• Source and identify lucrative investment opportunities.
• Lead and manage deals independently, including financial modeling, feasibility studies, investment proposals, due diligence, structuring, negotiations, and obtaining investment approvals.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants in asset management, tax, finance, legal, and technical disciplines to prepare comprehensive investment proposals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in real estate investment.
• Proven track record of successful deals in international markets.
• Strong financial and business acumen, with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives.
• Extensive experience in property acquisitions and development.
• Experience in industrial and office property sectors is a plus.
