Description:

[What the role is]
As a Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing CAAS policy oversight and assisting the Local Development Centre (LDC) in managing the Large Local Enterprises (LLEs). You will be the key point of contact for the LLEs.
[What you will be working on]
1. Provide CAAS policy oversight in the areas of regulation, talent management strategy, finance, procurement, security, and safety.

  1. LLEs partnership management:
  • Lead negotiations and discussions for partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential partners and industry leaders.
  • Regularly communicate progress, challenges, and opportunities to internal teams and senior management.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on partnership initiatives and outcomes.

[What we are looking for]

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for conveying policies, partnership proposals, negotiating terms, and maintaining relationships.
  • Experience in project management methodologies to plan, execute and monitor partnership initiatives, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
  • Networking abilities to build strong rapport and cultivate long-term relationships with partners, industry peers, and relevant organisations.
  • Aptitude for identifying challenges, addressing issues and implementing solutions to overcome obstacles in partnership development and management.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions, partner needs and internal priorities, while remaining flexible in approach and adjusting strategies as required.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading IT projects with LLEs.
  • The Local Development Centre (LDC) is a team in CAAS that comprises manpower from CAAS and Large Local Enterprises (LLEs).

Your appointment designation will commensurate with your relevant work experience. Successful candidates will be offered a 3-year contract in the first instance, and may be considered for placement on a permanent tenure or subsequent contract renewal.
