Responsibilities:

As the Senior Manager, Education and Support, you will manage the Education Support Team in ensuring effective support and inclusion of children in KU services, creating positive outcomes for children with additional needs. You will foster a collaborative team environment , and contribute to the development and implementation of relevant Early Childhood Education (ECE) Support goals. This role is responsible for all KU Services inclusion activities, funding, training and projects.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should have:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a manager’s role with demonstrated advanced leadership skills and ability to motivate others towards goal completion.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working in inclusive education or early childhood intervention.
  • Demonstrated current knowledge of the early childhood sector, including knowledge of the National Quality Framework.
  • Tertiary qualification in Early childhood Education from a recognised university.
  • Postgraduate qualifications in special or inclusive education.
  • Current Working with Children Check.
