Description:
About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager - Efficiency and Transformation to drive the cost agenda for the Society. The person in post will be a trusted and influential advisor to the Executive Team and Boards and will provide insight on value and efficiency at an enterprise level, identifying opportunities and risks to help the Society meet its corporate plan.
Working with the Society’s finance transformation project the role holder will lead a small team focused on providing analytical insight and expertise on cost reporting and business planning. They will also be accountable for delivering the vision for cost management & efficiency and proactively supporting the broader change agenda.
