REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Proven leadership experience in managing and developing high-performing engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of electrical design, construction, and project management principles.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulations in the electrical engineering field.
• Experience with value engineering and optimizing project costs.

• Lead and manage the electrical engineering division, providing direction and mentorship to engineers and technical staff.
• Oversee the development and implementation of electrical designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers and other disciplines to deliver integrated solutions for complex projects.
• Manage client relationships and stakeholder engagements, ensuring alignment with project goals and expectations.
• Conduct project reviews and risk assessments, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Develop and oversee budgets, schedules, and resource plans for electrical engineering projects.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, fostering innovation within the team.
