PagerDuty is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Manager to lead an Enterprise Sales team in the APJ region. Reporting to the Regional Vice President of APJ, this role focuses on revenue growth covering acquisition of new accounts and growth of the existing. The role will also include recruitment, enablement, and coaching in order to create a high performing sales team. You will drive revenue growth and ensure the continued successful trajectory of the APJ business (Global 2000 / >$500M Revenue). Every Sales Manager is in charge of new customer acquisition and driving customer expansion in a geographic territory. You will also be a valuable contributor to the sales strategy, leading implementation and driving execution to achieve corporate objectives.
The individual should possess a proven business-to-business application sales and management history preferably in a technical SaaS company.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7+ years quota-carrying field experience in a fast-paced and competitive market with a focus on closing net new logos
  • Exhibit ability to coach, mentor and develop sales talent
  • A track record of accurately forecasting sales results
  • The ability to work in a fast-growing and dynamic environment
  • Reciprocal spirit and communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous Sales Methodology training (e.g., MEDICC, SPIN, CoM, Challenger Sales)
