Responsibilities:

  • Manage the operations of the Strategic NPS program including day-to-day agency management to ensure best value for money and ongoing quality.
  • Lead a highly engaged team managing capability, skillset and succession plan (including talent, deployment and productivity).
  • Develop strong working relationships with stakeholders, including teams within marketing and outside of marketing including distribution.
  • Foster strong risk culture and ensure that the business unit is within the board risk appetite & Westpac risk management framework
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis and insight generation to support business decision
