THE OPPORTUNITY:

WSP Global is offering a permanent full-time position for a Senior Manager, Finance Business Partner - IT, who reports to the Chief Accounting Officer and will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership and support to the global IT function. This role involves collaborating with the global senior IT leaders to drive financial performance, manage budgets, and ensure alignment with the corporation’s overall financial goals. This role is critical as part of the transformation of the organization in order to support the global IT leaders in decision-making.

• Implement a global financial framework that allow the monitoring of the costs from a regional to a global view following the ONEIT transformation.
• Enable and organize the financial review of the global IT function leaders.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to global IT leaders to drive decision-making.
• Manage the actuals, budgeting and forecasting processes for the global IT corporate function.
• Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other finance business partners to ensure consistency and alignment across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  Lead and develop a team of finance business partners that supports the IT corporate function in achieving its financial targets and objectives.
