We’re looking for a Director, Finance Business Partnering to join us in London
The Senior Finance Business Partner will support the Procurement MD, and wider leadership team, and is responsible for ensuring financial discipline and transparency, ensure assessments on Capital Allocation are rigorously applied and help shape and execute the Procurement growth strategy. This role will be within Liberty Financial Services which consists of three key pillars - Shared Services, Procurement and Financial Solutions.

What will you be doing?

  • Provide finance business partnership to the Procurement MD and supporting the MD in realising their (financial) objectives
  • Challenge the MD to improve the efficiency of the function and optimize cost base
  • Support the MD in ensuring all services are correctly priced, maximising value of business propositions, and charged to customers; act as financial interface with customers together with the leadership team
  • Ensure the production of monthly financial information to enable the MD monitor the performance of the business/Service Company; and benchmark with other similar businesses
  • Act as financial interface between the MD and other parts of the finance community
  • Enable an efficient process and tooling to facilitate financial reviews for monthly actual and forecast as well as budget cycle.
  • Provide support to the LFS CFO in realising their (financial) objectives including optimisation of LG’s Capital Allocation
  • Act as a leader of the Finance Business Partnering team, to ensure an efficient team
  • Sparring partner to the MD Capital Allocation & Business Control and the Central CFO to identify risks and opportunities and propose measures accordingly

Essential:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or relevant work experience
  • Significant experience in finance / finance leadership positions
  • Experience in Multinationals with multi-product/multi-segment finance roles
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen
  • Proven collaboration and teaming spirits
  • Solid communication & influencing skills
