SENIOR MANAGER (FINANCE)

Reporting directly to VP Finance, the incumbent will be a Finance Business Partner with multiple finance disciplines as follows:

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Accounting or Finance. Qualified CPA preferred.
  • At least 10 years of post-qualification experience in commercial accounting and project management. Strong working knowledge of accounting, controlling and finance operations.
  • Knowledge of SAP Hana.
  • Experience in Energy sector preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of planning and performance processes, including annual budget, monthly forecast and periodic business reviews.
  • Independent, quick learner with demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Visionary and strategic thinker with a proven track record for growing operations in a challenging environment.
  • Team orientated, a “can do” attitude and flexible approach.
  • Excellent time management skills and deadline driven.
  • Strong presentation skills to present to high level stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong partnerships within Finance SSC (Finance Operations, Corporate Finance, Treasury and Risk), and across business departments.
  • Represent Finance in projects execution from conceptual to operation.
  • Accountable for the project deliverables by connecting within Finance SSC and across business departments.
  • Managing financial and reporting aspects of projects by determining key drivers, driving the right set of analyses and presenting the conclusions together with Corporate Finance team to the Management team and the Executive Board.
  • Ensure adequate and effective internal control systems are in place.
  • Develop efficiencies and process improvements within the team’s work streams.
  • Assist in any ad-hoc financial reporting and projects that may be assigned by Management.
