In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial analysis and modeling expertise to inform our strategic planning and investment decisions.
As the Senior Manager, you will lead a team focused on creating detailed financial models to assess project viability, analyze trends, and provide insights into financial performance. Your contributions will be essential to navigating the complex financial landscape of this ambitious development project.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
• Proven track record of at least a minimum 9-12 years of relevant experience.
• Extensive experience in building and managing complex financial models
• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail, capable of interpreting large datasets
• Expertise in financial analysis software and advanced Excel functionalities
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey financial information clearly to various stakeholders
• Demonstrated leadership experience and team management capabilities

• Lead financial modeling efforts, developing robust models to evaluate capital projects and investment opportunities.
• Conduct thorough financial analyses to assess the performance of ongoing projects and identify trends that impact profitability.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary data for modeling and analysis.
• Prepare detailed financial reports, presentations, and summaries for senior management and stakeholders.
• Provide recommendations based on financial insights to drive strategic business decisions.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in financial modeling and analysis.
• Mentor and develop junior analysts in financial modeling techniques and analytical approaches.
