Your assignments

• Serve as the central point of contact for financial planning, reporting, and analysis within the indirect procurement area
• Consolidate and align procurement savings potentials, ensuring business stakeholders are engaged for Forecast and Budget cycles
• Independently develop sustainable financial procurement planning, reporting, and analysis frameworks
• Integrate target achievements into internal and external processes/databases, enhancing efficiency and transparency
• Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, providing in-depth analyses to support strategic decisions
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and proactively address any challenges that may impact timelines or deliverables
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other key stakeholders to support informed decision-making
• Actively improve data flows and streamline financial reporting processes
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive decision documents that inform the procurement strategy

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field with a focus on Controlling, Procurement, or Supply Chain
• Minimum 3 years of experience in analytical roles, with expertise in controlling, master data, or programming
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and financial planning/controlling
• Demonstrated proficiency in analytical skills, with a strategic mindset to solve complex challenges
• In-depth knowledge of BW/SAP and data warehouse systems
• Pharma or comparable industry experience is a plus
• Ability to influence and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• A commitment to promoting a culture of performance, ethics, and compliance
• Comfortable working in an international business environment
• Expert-level skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and advanced knowledge of SAP ERP (SAP MM, SAP SRM, SAP FI, SAP Suite)
• Familiarity with sourcing tools such as SAP Ariba Sourcing and Supplier Management is a plus
