Senior Manager - Fire & Rescue - Vendor Management

JASARA PMC is looking for a highly experienced Senior Manager in Fire & Rescue Vendor Management to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in ensuring that we engage with leading vendors and partners to provide best-in-class fire and rescue services for our projects. You will be responsible for overseeing the selection, evaluation, and management of vendors providing fire and rescue services, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to establish strong partnerships while ensuring that all fire and rescue operations align with the strategic objectives of JASARA PMC. If you have extensive experience in vendor management, excellent negotiation skills, and a strong background in fire and rescue operations, we want to hear from you!

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Fire Science, Emergency Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in fire and rescue services with a strong focus on vendor management.
• In-depth knowledge of fire and rescue operations, standards, and regulations.
• Proven track record of successful vendor management, negotiation, and relationship building.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Certifications in relevant areas (such as NFPA, EMT, or Fire Protection) are a plus.

• Develop and implement vendor management strategies for fire and rescue services that align with JASARA PMC’s goals and objectives.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified vendors, ensuring they meet all necessary standards and qualifications.
• Monitor vendor performance, compliance, and service delivery, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
• Foster and maintain collaborative relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring favorable terms.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of vendors to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify fire and rescue service needs and establish specifications for vendor services.
• Stay updated on fire and rescue industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to inform vendor management decisions.
• Lead training and awareness initiatives for internal teams regarding vendor management practices and fire and rescue operations.
