Responsibilities:
- Sales responsibility and expansion of the Jack Wolfskin brand for the franchise sector in Germany, Austria, Luxembourg, and Italy
- Acquisition and support of JW Franchise Stores
- Planning, implementation, and monitoring of sales targets
- Development and implementation of sales strategies
- Coordination and intensification of existing customer relationships
- Preparation of monthly sales and budget analyses, including the derivation of measures
- Participation/responsibility in the preparation of the sales budget
- Introduction and assurance of a regular reporting system
- Responsibility for training, events, and trade fairs
- Monitoring and coordination of store modules
- Target- and result-oriented integrative and motivating team leadership, monitoring of results
- Management and development of all field staff with clear goals, guidelines, and structures based on regular feedback and annual review meetings
- Observation of the market and competitive environment
- Development of omnichannel and marketplace business (online)
- Determination of future franchise needs in terms of product merchandising and marketing activities and corresponding integration into marketing
- Continuous market analysis concerning product lines, target groups, and trading forms
- Reporting to the Director Sales DACHL and close cooperation with the headquarters
- Organization and implementation of store meetings and events
- Preparation of monthly reports with presentation to the management board
