This role is based at our corporate office in Mexico City, Mexico
This is your chance to be part of an in-house Brands team of industry experts in the domains of hospitality, brand management, innovation, food and beverage, wellness, owner relations, and more, for all of Hilton’s unique brands! As a Senior Manager, Openings CALA, you will support the team that leads our brands with the steadfast goal of strengthening and growing the Hilton portfolio. On the Brands team reporting to Senior Director, Openings and Owner Relations CALA, you will facilitate the franchise hotel opening process for new construction, conversion hotels, and internal brand to brand changes for all Hilton brands, as well as the exit process for hotels that transition out of our system in the Caribbean / Latin America Region.

YOU HAVE THESE MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Five (5) years of relevant work experience with full and focused service hotels.
• Five (5) years of branded hotel experience
• Five (5) years of Leadership Experience
• Bilingual and able to fluently speak, read, and write in English and Spanish
• Travel 30% or more (Latin America and United States)
