REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of experience in campaign management, content development, agency management or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital-first campaigns within the US market.
  • Strong understanding of the US digital and social media landscape, with a particular focus on emerging platforms and content trends.
  • Experience working with creative agencies and managing external partners.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Passion for the beauty industry, and a deep understanding of the Garnier brand.
  • Demonstrated L’Oréal Competencies: Leadership, Entrepreneurial Management, Achiever, and Innovator
  • PC Proficiency (Microsoft Suite)
  • Professional and energetic with a positive attitude

Responsibilities:

  • Lead with a US-First Mindset: Act as the US market expert, infusing all campaign development with culturally relevant insights, trends, and a deep understanding of the US social media ecosystem, particularly platforms like TikTok.
  • Global Campaign Development and Adaptation: Lead the strategic development of engaging campaign content for Fructis and Whole Blends, ensuring alignment with global brand equity while tailoring messaging and creative to resonate with the US market.
  • Agency Partnership: Serve as the primary liaison with our global advertising agency, providing clear briefs, delivering constructive feedback, and ensuring timely campaign execution. Additionally, collaborate with local markets and their agencies to identify opportunities to integrate local activation into the larger global strategy.
  • Trendspotting and Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve on emerging platforms, content trends, and best practices within the beauty industry, continuously exploring innovative ways to elevate our campaigns.
  • Collaboration & Integration: Foster seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign consistency and integration across online and offline channels.
  • Resource Optimization: Identify opportunities to maximize budget and resource allocation by analyzing asset utilization across markets and optimizing for future campaigns.
  • Market Support: provide local market with comprehensive campaign toolkits and assets as well as best practices.
