JOB TITLE: HEAD OF GLOBAL CLIENT SERVICES, CLINICAL ANCILLARY MANAGEMENT

In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to lead and develop a world-class Client Services Project Management organization. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience for the Clinical Trials Division/Clinical Ancillary Management business. Your role will involve meeting client requirements in terms of quality, compliance, and delivery times for the entire Clinical Ancillary Management value stream. You will also be responsible for advising and coordinating project management activities, supporting client initiatives, resource planning, and developing robust business processes to foster cross-functional collaboration and ensure customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement supply chain and distribution project management activities across our global site network, aligned with regional targets.
  • Drive continuous process improvement to elevate the customer experience and deliver profitable growth.
  • Anticipate challenges and risks, and implement proactive mitigation strategies for efficient results.
  • Establish Key Performance Indicators for the department and supervise performance against them.
  • Ensure accurate resource levels to enhance business readiness and anticipate customer requests.
  • Establish goals for each direct report employee in line with career and interpersonal development plans.
  • Support the General Manager in planning for further business development and investments.
  • Supervise revenue trends against forecasts and take action to meet and exceed targets.
  • Expand share of wallet with existing customers and identify opportunities for growth.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications/Proficiencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in leading Project Management functional teams in CRO, Medical Device, or distribution.
  • Demonstrated success in leading large teams across multiple geographies.
  • Role Model Leadership experience.
  • Strong commercial competence and financial knowledge.
  • Track record of success in process improvement and change management projects.
  • Talent management and development skills.
  • Ability to navigate a sophisticated matrix organization.
