Jo Malone London has an opportunity within the Global Communications department for a Senior Manager position, reporting to the Global Communications Director. This role is based at the Global Townhouse in Marylebone. This is a hybrid role, with the opportunity to work up to 2 days per week at home.
The Global Communications Senior Manager will play a pivotal role in the creation of the global communications strategy, and events across regions, building brand awareness and positioning. This role requires a strategic thinker and a proactive team player who delivers work to an exceptionally high standard. The role will focus on increasing Earned Media Value (EMV), driving opportunities and word of mouth, working strategically with our markets and regions to maintain the brand’s profile as a leading British fragrance and lifestyle house.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Substantial PR/communications experience in agency and in-house at local level and ideally have Global experience (or experience of working closely with global teams)
• Have an innate passion and strong understanding of the whole beauty (luxury, prestige and mass), home and lifestyle industry, current trends, and knowledge of pop culture
• Be a multi- faceted communications professional that possesses a strategic and creative mind
• A strong team player with a sharp eye for detail and a natural problem solver
• Strong negotiation skills
• Display a strong understanding of social media and influencer marketing
• Possess excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Have excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads as required
• Confident relationship builder at all levels with a proactive hands-on drive and determination
• Be calm under pressure and act with integrity, discretion, respect and always lead with kindness
