Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reporting into the Director Executive Hiring, this role has complete accountability for recruiting executive positions for the Creative (Marketing, Merchandising, Product Development and Design) functions globally
- Lead and deliver a seamless executive search process to attract, assesses and select Director + talent for the Creative (Marketing, Merchandising, Product Development and Design) functions globally
- Provide a tailored recruiting strategy for each role – managing both internal and external talent pools to generate a robust and diverse pipeline of qualified candidates
- Build strong relationships with executive-level hiring managers and stakeholders both in Human Resources and across the Creative (Marketing, Merchandising, Product Development and Design) functions globally
- Partner with the Reward team to create suitable compensation packages to final candidates
- Ensure all roles are managed in the CRM/database and all information on candidates and search process is kept up to date and complete
- Work closely with the VP HR and CPO to manage organisational changes and pipelining
- Stay informed of industry trends and top talent, specifically in the fashion space
- Further to the above, alongside executive hiring, this role will also manage the Design recruitment end-to-end for all level roles. Lead the team (currently of 1 in Paris) to manage all Design recruitment.
