Responsibilities:

  • Support the creation of comprehensive media strategies that align with the company’s global objectives in the Western Europe (WE) region, including helping identify effective media channels for each market, determining the optimal media mix, and assisting in setting media budgets.
  • Assist in the media buying process in the Western Europe region, including supporting negotiations with media vendors
  • Assist in understanding and segmenting the WE audience based on various factors to target media plans effectively.
  • Help set performance metrics for WE media campaigns and monitor these metrics regularly to assess the effectiveness of media plans.
  • Assist in performing thorough research and analysis to understand WE media trends, audience behavior, and the competitive landscape.
  • Work closely with creative teams to ensure that media plans align with creative strategies in the WE region and are culturally sensitive and resonate with local audiences across different markets.
  • Make real-time adjustments to media plans based on performance data to improve return on investment in the WE region under the guidance of the Director.
