Description:
At Vialto Partners, we are searching for a Senior Manager to join our Global Mobility Tax team in Denmark. In this position, you and the team will be delivering consulting services, technical advice, and analysis on all aspects of Global Mobility and Employment Taxes to a wide range of clients across most industries.
As Senior Manager, you will be responsible for a portfolio of clients, and it is vital that you are able to communicate effectively, to understand the problems they face, and to help them to make informed decisions.
As we are front-runners on technical solutions, this job requires you to have a good technical understanding and ability to identify possible opportunities for optimisation - or a willingness to learn these.
We offer all employees flexibility and a hybrid working schedule, which allows you to work from home. However, to nurture our existing team spirit, you would ideally work from the office in Aarhus or Copenhagen a few times a week.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 7 years of relevant experience with Global Mobility Tax managing client portfolios, processes and driving an international team
- Have a keen interest in technology and being open to learning how it may be used to drive data driven solutions.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and on multiple projects simultaneously while delivering excellence to our clients.
- Able to work in a team and communicate effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
- High proficiency in English both in speaking and writing.Live in Denmark and able to work from the office in Copenhagen or Aarhus a few times a week.

Responsibilities:
- Using technical ability and practical experience to deliver technical and commercially focused advice, as well as helping the client to practically implement any proposed solutions;
- Staying up to date with employer governance regulations and best practice and keeping clients informed of any changes;
- Developing client and colleague relationships both through face to face and virtual means, as well as attending internal and external networking events;
- Evaluating opportunities for existing clients as well as undertaking business development activities to help grow a wider client base;Supervising junior staff on a day-to-day basis, whilst overseeing their personal and technical development.
