- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in retail program management, community engagement, or a similar role, preferably within the gaming or tech industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful community-centric programs in a global or multi-regional capacity.
- Strong understanding of gaming culture and trends, with a passion for connecting with and inspiring gaming and tech communities.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and building relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel internationally to support program implementation and build relationships with regional teams.
Responsibilities:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
The Senior Manager of Retail Store Global Marketing & Community Engagement is responsible for driving Razer’s brand presence in Razer’s retail locations worldwide through the creation of dynamic marketing programs, including but not limited to, product launches, gaming events, workshops, and live demos. This person will develop and execute a global marketing strategy that aligns with regional and global gaming cultures while preserving the Razer brand’s integrity.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and execute a global retail marketing strategy that creates immersive, community-focused experiences, integrating Razer’s products and services.
- Develop localized retail activations that reflect regional gaming cultures while maintaining global brand consistency. Oversee in-store events, pop-ups, and flagship activations, ensuring alignment with brand values and audience engagement.
- Build connections with gaming and tech communities through programs like tournaments, product launches, workshops, and influencer partnerships. Identify opportunities to incorporate hardware, software, and new game releases into retail events.
- Transform retail spaces into engaging hubs for gaming, collaborating with global marketing and product teams to enhance digital and in-store experiences.
- Work with regional teams to ensure seamless execution and develop training materials for staff to enhance customer interactions during events. Analyze performance and market trends to continuously improve initiatives.
- Leverage data to refine future programs, serve as a thought leader on retail engagement, and mentor regional teams to execute innovative, high-impact programs.
